My blog description when I first created it

I've updated my blog description to something I'm more comfortable with.  But I'd like to leave what I had originally written on here, mainly because I feel close to that person who wrote it.

"i was born in the phillipines in 1981.  my family came to canada in 1995.  i started writing soon after.  lonely, awkward kid and all that.  i ripped up all my journals this year.  it took me quite awhile as it was an accumulation of years and years of journal writing.  i felt as if i no longer had anything to say.  wasn't interested in writing anymore.  i am still feeling restless and so i am trying this new thing called blogging.  this is mostly for myself."
